Privacy Policy
CityServ is operated by Birdline Apps. This explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do.

Two kinds of people in this policy
Businesses and their staff — owners, dispatchers and technicians who sign in and use CityServ. We hold accounts for them.
A business’s own customers — the people it books jobs for. Their details are entered by the business, and the business decides what to collect. We store it on their behalf; we do not market to them and we never contact them.
What we collect about you
- Your name and email address, verified through our identity provider.
- Your company application: company name, telephone number, country, city, type of work, approximate team size, and registration details if you supply them.
- Anything optional you choose to add — website, Google Business profile, social page, notes.
- A record of what happens in your account: jobs, schedules, timesheets, quotes, invoices, payments you record, and inventory.
- Notes we take while reviewing your application, including the outcome of the telephone call we make to verify it.
What we do with it
- Run the service you signed up for.
- Decide whether to approve your company. This includes telephoning the number you gave us — a person calls; there is no automated system.
- Keep an audit record of decisions we make about your company, so they can be reviewed later.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train anything.
What we deliberately do not do
- We take no payments. CityServ has no card form, no payment gateway and no merchant account, and it cannot move money. It records that a payment happened somewhere else. We never see card details, because there is nowhere to enter them.
- We send nothing to your customers. No SMS, no WhatsApp, no email, no automated calls. CityServ composes a message and your staff send it through whatever they already use.
- We do not track anyone’s location. There is no GPS in CityServ. It holds no coordinates for staff, customers or vehicles.
Who else handles it
Two providers, both under contract and neither given the data for their own purposes:
- Clerk — accounts, sign-in and email verification. Your password is held by them and never by us; we cannot read it.
- Neon — the database your business records are stored in.
When the AI assistant is enabled for your company, the text of what you ask it and the business records needed to answer are sent to Anthropic to produce a reply. It is not used to train their models. If you would rather this never happened, the assistant can be switched off for your company.
How long we keep it
- While your company is active, we keep your records so the service works.
- Approved, rejected and suspended applications are kept with their review history, because a decision without its reasoning cannot be checked afterwards.
- If you ask us to delete your company, we remove its records. Some audit entries about platform decisions are kept without personal details.
Your rights
Write to info@birdlineapps.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted. If you are one of our business customers’ own customers, contact that business — they decide what is stored about you, and we hold it for them.
Security
Each company’s data is separated from every other company’s, and that separation is checked automatically on every build. Access to your records requires a verified sign-in, and what each person may do is decided by their role.
No system is perfect. If you believe something is wrong, tell us at info@birdlineapps.com and we will look at it.
Where we are
Birdline Apps is based in Kuwait. Data is stored with the providers named above, which may process it outside Kuwait.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Continuing to use CityServafter a change means you accept it.
